Sometimes, being a parent is a thankless job...and you wonder why you ever signed on for it...and then you get a little note from your daughter, and you think to yourself, "Oh yeah...this is why I love being a mom."
I meant to share this around Mother's Day - but time got away, and I'm just now catching up....
I love you, kiddo - you've taught me a heck of a lot of things, as well....
The note says, "Dear Mommy: Thank you for all you have done. You not taught me the stars only, but also taught me to reach one. Happy Mother's Day!"
